About us

History and Mission

The Department of International Trade at the Chinese Culture University was established in 1969, initially as the International Trade Group within the Department of Economics. It received official approval from the Ministry of Education (MOE) in 1980, becoming part of the College of Business. In 2002, the Master's Program in International Trade was initiated to further strengthen academic research capabilities. The Department of International Trade has now existed for over half a century and currently comprises two undergraduate classes and one master's class. Moreover, we provide students with the opportunity to participate in the "Five-Year Integrated Bachelor's and Master's Degree Program," which enables them to acquire both degrees in five years. This program aids students in accumulating "professional competence" and "academic ability."
