因應本校學位證書中英文版本合併作業，自114年9月1日起，學位證書(含證明書)版面及申請方式將有調整

 

一、學位證書(符合畢業資格初次領取者)：

 

大學部：

114年9月12日前符合畢業資格者：現行版中文學位證書。

114年9月13日起符合畢業資格者：視為延畢一學期，10月起始得辦理紙本離校，離校完成後約2工作日可領取中英文合併版本學位證書。(114年9月13日至114年9月30日為證書證號盤點時間，暫停受理離校申請。)

 

碩、博士班：

114年8月15日~114年8月28日繳交論文並完成離校者：現行版中文學位證書。

114年9月1日起繳交論文並完成離校者：中英文合併版本學位證書。

 

二、畢業證明書(遺失補發者)：

114年8月28日前申請遺失補發者為現行中文畢業證明書；114年9月1日起申請遺失補發者將製發中英文合併版本學位證書，正本200元、影本一份10元，急件費用2倍。

 

三、更名作業差異：

中文學位證書：憑身分證、戶籍謄本(需載明更名記事)，可在原證書上套印新姓名蓋校印，原證書仍有效。

中英文合併版本學位證書：僅可申請遺失補發之證明書，原證書字號作廢。

In response to the University’s policy to merge the Chinese and English versions of degree certificates, starting September 1, 2025 (Academic Year 114), the format and application procedures for degree certificates (including replacement certificates for lost originals) will be adjusted.

1. Degree Certificates (First-time issuance upon meeting graduation requirements)

Undergraduate Programs:

• Before September 12, 2025: Recipients will receive the current Chinese-only degree certificate.
• From September 13, 2025 onward: Considered as an additional semester of study. Paper-based graduation clearance may be processed starting in October. The merged Chinese-English degree certificate will be available approximately 2 business days after clearance completion.
  (Note: September 13–30, 2025 is the serial number inventory period for certificates; graduation clearance applications will not be accepted during this period.)

Master’s and Doctoral Programs:

• August 15–28, 2025: Submission of thesis/dissertation and completion of graduation clearance — current Chinese-only degree certificate will be issued.
• From September 1, 2025 onward: Merged Chinese-English degree certificate will be issued.

2. Graduation Certificates (Replacement for lost originals)

• Before August 28, 2025: Current Chinese-only graduation certificate will be issued.
• From September 1, 2025 onward: Merged Chinese-English degree certificate will be issued for replacement applications. Fees: NT$200 per original, NT$10 per copy; rush orders will be charged at double the standard fee.

3. Name Change Procedures

Chinese-only degree certificates:
With national ID card and household registration transcript (showing name change record), the original certificate may be reprinted with the new name and affixed with the University seal. The original remains valid.

Merged Chinese-English degree certificates:
Only replacement certificates may be issued for name changes. The original certificate number will be voided.
